Finally, after months of work, we are thrilled to announce we've launched Brew Your Own: The How-To Homebrew Beer Magazine.

This is a companion site to WineMaker Magazine, which was released earlier, in September.

BYO has been around for years, and puts out all kinds of interesting articles and resources for home beer brewers. We used a ton of extensions to make this site go, including JoomSuite Content, RS Gallery 2, MyBlog, VirtueMart, the Joomla poll and the Joomla banner module.

Bill also did a pile of custom coding. Contacts4Web, our custom contacts component, was pushed further on this site. We've added a zipcode locator in addition to the other features. This was used in the Supplier Directory and Where To Buy, as well as in the Reader Service area (but in a different format).

Bill also wrote modules for displaying random articles from JoomSuite, components for the hops chart, grains chart, and yeast chart, and our good friend Jean Mas is at work on another Flash calculator for the site.

We are so tickled the site is live, and so is our client. We've entered this site and the WineMaker site into the CMSExpo's awards competition. Keep your fingers crossed for us!
